Conditions of participation

The raffle "Spring Festival" will be held on March 26 until 11:59 pm.

Among all participants 1x family brunch (for 4 persons, 5x multiple tickets small railroad, 5x toboggan rides and10x small railroad rides will be raffled.
All persons over the age of 18 residing in Switzerland are eligible to participate. Excluded from participation are the employees of the Gurten – Park im Grünen, the participating partners, the responsible advertising agency, the raffle organizer as well as raffle clubs, automated services and other professional/commercial participants.
In order to participate in the raffle, you must correctly answer the contest question and complete the entry form.
Only one contest entry per person is allowed.
There is no obligation to purchase anything in order to enter the competition.
After the closing date, the winners will be selected at random from the participants who answered the question correctly. The winners will be contacted by e-mail.
No correspondence will be entered into about the competition except with the winners.
The data will not be passed on to third parties. Legal recourse and cash payment of the prize are excluded.
The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the competition organizer. Swiss law shall apply.
These conditions of participation can be changed by the organizer at any time.
