Discover the convenience of brunch to go on the Gurten meadow! Our fresh breakfast components are conveniently packed in a bag so you can enjoy your brunch wherever you like. Whether it's with the family next to the playground or as a couple at the Ostsignal with a view of the snow-covered Alps – brunch to go gives you the freedom to choose your own breakfast spot. Use our uncomplicated pick-up service and look forward to a varied brunch at your favorite place.

Simply order your brunch to go online by two days before at 12 p.m. and pick it up on Sunday between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. at our pick-up locations on the Gurten. If the weather is bad, you can easily cancel your order by the day before at 12 p.m.

The brunch includes the following products:

coffee incl. free refill
orange juice (1.25 dl)
spritzer (5 dl)

2 small rolls (multigrain and Sils)
1 croissant
Selection of 3 types of cheese
Meat platter with homemade sausage, Landjäger, Bündnerfleisch and raw ham
2 slices of smoked salmon
2 portions of jam (strawberry rhubarb jam and quince jelly)
2 portions of butter
Half a rösti with 3 slices of bacon and 3 cipollatas (vegetarian alternative: rösti with an omelette)

1 portion of fruit salad
1 meringue with double cream and Nidle chocolate

The children's package includes the following:

Hot chocolate or Ovomaltine
1 bread roll
1 portion of Ovo Crunch
1 hash brown with 2 cipolatta
1 portion of fruit salad

Our brunches are suitable for guests with food intolerances. Notify us of your wishes in advance so that we can make all the necessary preparations for your order.

You can order brunch to go online until 12 p.m. two days before and collect it on Sunday at the Bahnhöfli take-away stand.

Brunch can be canceled if bad weather is forecast by the day before at 12 p.m. Cancellations can be made by emailing info@gurtenpark.ch, quoting the order number.
