Conditions of participation

The «Dine & Light – au chalet» competition will take place from 29 October to 12 November 2024, 11.59 pm.
The following prizes will be raffled off among all participants
- 2 chalets for 4 people each for the Dine & Light on the Gurten
All persons over the age of 18 residing in Switzerland are eligible to participate. Excluded from participation are the employees of the Gurten – Park im Grünen, the participating partners, the responsible advertising agency, the raffle organizer as well as raffle clubs, automated services and other professional/commercial participants.
To take part in the prize draw, you must complete the web form in full or comment on the social media post on Facebook/Instagram with your potential companions and follow the accounts of Gurten - Park im Grünen, Murten Licht LAB and the Murtensee region.
Only one contest entry per person is allowed.
There is no obligation to purchase anything in order to enter the competition.
After the closing date, the winners will be selected at random from the participants who answered the question correctly. The winners will be contacted by e-mail.
No correspondence will be entered into about the competition except with the winners.
The data will not be passed on to third parties. Legal recourse and cash payment of the prize are excluded.
The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the competition organizer. Swiss law shall apply.
These conditions of participation can be changed by the organizer at any time.
