Dine and Light – au chalet: a culinary light show

Lighting effects and the best of Fribourg cuisine: that's Dine and Light – au chalet. The Dine and Light chalets travel across Switzerland and visit the Bernese local mountain from December to February.

A delicious four-course meal with fondue as the main course is served in a chalet, while Vanda the cow is accompanied on her journey through the canton of Fribourg. A light projection on the table leads from the summit of the Moléson to the vineyards of Vully. This world of light and fantasy invites you to enjoy carefully prepared dishes that offer a glimpse into the culinary diversity of the canton of Fribourg.
Dine and Light is an immersive culinary experience in which every element is highlighted by light effects, making the menu an extraordinary experience for all the senses.

Period of performance:	December 27, 2024 – February 22, 2025, Monday through Saturday
Time:	6:30 p.m. – approx. 9:30 p.m.
Place:	On the terrace of the Restaurant Gurtners
Price:	4-course menu: CHF 100 per person Children (up to 12 years): CHF 60 per child
Note:	The chalets can be booked for groups of 4 to 6 people. There are 4 chalets in total.

The chalets are located on the terrace in front of Gurtners restaurant.
