Enjoy brunch on the Gurten meadow

From April 18, brunch will once again be available to go for enjoyment on the Gurten meadow. Pick up and coffee “refill” at the Bahnhöfli take-away stand. What's new is that it can be canceled until the day before in bad weather!

Bike trail closed due to construction

Due to renovation work and the creation of a new route, the bike trail will be closed from Wednesday, March 5 until around mid-May. Normal bikes will continue to be transported by the Gurten funicular.

The Gurten has a boules court!

As of beginning of march, there is a boules court on the Gurten, next to the Bahnhöfli outdoor stand. It can be used free of charge. Balls can be rented from the Bahnhöfli for CHF 15 per hour. The boules court was financed by the Migros Aare Culture Percentage.

The summer opening hours of the self-service restaurant Huusbüffe are from April 14 from 9.00 - 20.00. The hot kitchen closes half an hour before closing. We are looking forward to your visit.
